The Role
A highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrator is sought to provide high-impact administrative and operational support to the executive leader of Go-To-Market. This role is critical to enabling focus, efficiency, and execution across a fast-paced, globally distributed GTM organization.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, exercises strong judgment, and thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple levels of change. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and the executive leader is positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GTM executive leader, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups to ensure effective use of executive time
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas (as needed), and expense reporting
- Act as a liaison between the executive leader and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Operations
- Support design and execution of GTM leadership team rhythms, including leadership meetings, QBRs, offsites, and strategic planning sessions, with the ability to create content for sessions when needed
- Draft, edit, and format executive-level communications, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed, often involving cross-functional coordination
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, and ways of working
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP+), ideally within a Go-To-Market, Sales, or commercial organization
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior leaders and external partners
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Comfortable working independently, anticipating needs, and making sound decisions with limited direction
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” approach
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth global organization is a plus

Pay Information
For this position, the expected base salary range is $71,000 – $109,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. A tiered geographic pay system is used to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers within the posted range.
