Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ireland for the position of Operations Administrator. The Operations Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage operational workflows, coordinate security services, and efficiently handle client communications. Responsibilities include scheduling and supporting operations, maintaining records, assisting in operations planning, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day‑to‑day administration for mobile security services, including vehicles, rotas, and reporting.
· Support field-based engineers to deliver a high‑quality service.
· Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
· Liaise with suppliers and service partners.
· Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office administration.
· Provide customer service and support client relationship management.
Requirements
· Previous administrative experience (security sector experience is an advantage).
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
· Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment.
Desirable (but not essential)
· Experience in the electronic security industry.
· Familiarity with mobile service operations.
