Our client, MineARC Systems, is a globally recognised leader in safety technologies for mining, tunnelling, and industrial environments. With operations in over 80 countries, they are known for innovation, operational excellence, and high-performance teams.
They are seeking a highly capable, detail-driven Executive / Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and ensure seamless office operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Provide high-level executive support, including reporting, presentations, and coordination
• Act as the central coordination point across teams and departments
• Manage office operations, documentation, and internal processes
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
• Support IT coordination (onboarding, asset tracking, basic troubleshooting)
• Assist with HR administration including onboarding, scheduling, and employee records
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Degree or relevant tertiary qualification (graduates preferred)
• Advanced and exceptional IT skills (Microsoft Office, systems coordination, strong digital capability)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels
• High level of discretion and professionalism
Additional Advantage
• Prior experience in admin, office coordination, or executive support
• Exposure to IT coordination or HR administration
