Human Resources Management
- Lead the development of the recruitment system, oversee key position hiring, and optimize talent structure and retention mechanisms.
- Design and implement performance management and compensation & benefits systems, and promote employee training and career development planning.
- Handle labor disputes, ensure HR operations comply with the Labor Law and relevant regulations, and mitigate employment risks.
Administration Management
- Manage the office environment, fixed assets, vehicles, and logistics to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies (e.g., travel, expense reimbursement) and control administrative costs.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of important corporate events such as conferences, team building, and annual meetings.
Team & Strategic Support
- Manage the HR & Admin team to improve professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct organizational diagnosis based on corporate strategy and provide recommendations for staffing and organizational structure optimization.
Talent Recruitment & Retention
- Lead overseas local recruitment, build local talent channels (local job portals, headhunters), and assist headquarters in the selection and relocation of expatriates.
- Study Malaysia’s labor regulations (visa, social security, individual income tax) to ensure full compliance in recruitment, compensation, and termination, and avoid cross-border employment risks.
Core Job Responsibilities
4.1 Ensure talent supply for manufacturing and overseas sales positions, with an onboarding rate above 90%.
4.2 Establish a dual talent development system: skill promotion for factory workers + sales talent pipeline.
4.3 Optimize overseas labor costs by promoting local recruitment and cross-border tax planning to reduce expatriate expenses.
4.4 Promote the localization of corporate culture in factories and sales teams and support expatriate integration.
4.5 Establish a performance management system to drive healthy team development based on performance results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or related majors preferred.
- 8+ years of full-function HR experience; manufacturing or trading background preferred.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
Strong communication skills; proficient in Malay, Mandarin and English; familiar with diverse employee backgrounds in Malaysian factories.
Familiar with local Malaysian laws and regulations.
Basic understanding of the six core HR functions, with in-depth knowledge of at least two modules.
Relevant management experience and experience in team development / coaching.
Able to identify with and integrate into the corporate culture of Chinesecompanies.

人力资源管理:
- 主导招聘体系建设,统筹关键岗位招聘,优化人才结构与人才保留机制。
- 设计并落地绩效管理、薪酬福利体系,推进员工培训与职业发展规划。
- 处理劳动纠纷,确保人事工作符合《劳动法》等法律法规,防范用工风险。
行政管理:
- 统筹办公环境、固定资产、车辆、后勤等管理,保障日常办公高效运行。
- 制定并执行差旅、费用报销等行政制度,控制行政成本。
- 负责公司大型会议、团建、年会等重要活动的策划与落地执行。
团队与战略支持:
- 管理人事行政团队,提升团队专业能力与工作效率。
- 结合公司战略出具组织诊断报告,提出人员配置、组织架构优化建议。
人员招聘与保留:
- 主导海外本土化招聘,搭建本地人才渠道(招聘网站、猎头),协助总部完成外派人员选拔与安置。
- 深入研究马来西亚当地劳动法规(签证、社保、个税政策等),确保招聘、薪酬、解聘等全流程合法合规,规避跨国用工风险。
岗位核心职责
4.1 保障制造业与销售团队人才供给,确保工厂及海外销售岗位招聘到岗率达到 90% 以上。
4.2 搭建双线人才培养体系:建立工厂技能晋升通道与销售人才梯队。
4.3 优化海外人力成本,协助厂长管控人力成本,通过本土化招聘、跨境税务筹划等降低外派成本。
4.4 推动企业文化融合,协助总部将企业价值观在工厂与销售团队落地,促进外派人员融入。
4.5 建立绩效管理机制,以绩效结果为导向,保障团队健康良性发展。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、企业管理、心理学、劳动关系等相关专业优先。
- 8 年以上人力资源全模块工作经验,制造业或贸易类行业背景优先。
- 拥有 MBA 或人力资源管理硕士学位者优先考虑。
