Currently Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese bilingual /Operations Translator & Assistant
【Position】Japanese bilingual /Operations Translator & Assistant
【Location】 Surprise, AZ
【Salary】$50,000-$55,000
【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time
＜Job Description＞
- Provide Japanese-English interpretation for management, meetings, and employee communications
- Translate technical documents, presentations, emails, and correspondence
- Support management by scheduling meetings and handling administrative tasks
- Assist with production scheduling, inventory, data entry, and operations support
- Manage office and operational supplies
- Support expatriate employees with housing and related documentation
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
＜Qualifications＞
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with Japanese and U.S. business culture
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work safely in both office and manufacturing environments
Work Environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
