工作职责
- 与相关部门及供应商协调采购工作。
- 负责寻找、筛选并与供应商谈判，以获得在价格、质量、付款条件及服务方面最具竞争力的采购方案。
- 负责采购订单及相关文件的准备和处理。
- 跟进并协调供应商的交货安排，确保物料按时交付。
- 在 QNE 会计软件中维护完整且最新的采购记录。
- 分析区域及本地原材料市场，为制定区域采购策略提供支持。
- 为直属下属提供指导和建议。
- 维护并发展与现有供应商的良好合作关系。
- 解决与供应商或管理层相关的文件及流程问题。
学历要求
- STPM（马来西亚高级教育文凭）/ 大专文凭（Diploma）/ 学士学位（Degree）
技能与经验要求
- 至少拥有 2 年相关工作经验，行业包括：
- 建筑工程（Construction）
- 数据中心（Data Center）
- 弱电系统集成（Low-Voltage Integration）
- 智慧城市（Smart Cities）
- 具有以下采购经验者将优先考虑：
- IT 硬件及软件设备
- 机电产品（Electromechanical Products）
- 综合布线产品（Structured Cabling Products）
- 具备良好的时间管理能力，能够在紧迫期限内完成工作。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office（尤其是 Excel）。
- 具备良好的组织协调能力及人际交往能力。
- 具有与多个供应商合作并制定双赢采购策略的经验。
- 拥有良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧及人际关系处理能力。
- 熟悉先进的采购与供应链管理实践。
- 具备英语能力，懂中文者优先考虑。

• Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms price, quality, terms , services with suppliers.
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records in QNE Accounting Software.
• Analysis of regional and local raw material market, supporting of developing regional purchasing strategy.
• Provide guidance and advice to immediate subordinates
• Relationship building with existing supplier.
• Solve suppliers/management related issue in documentation.
Academic & Qualification
• STPM / DIPLOMA / DEGREE
Skill / Experience required
• Minimum requirement 2 years experience in Construction or Data Center or low-voltage integration or smart cities;Preference will be given to candidates with procurement experience in IT hardware and software equipment, electromechanical products, and structured cabling products.
• Good time management skill to meet tight dateline
• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Effective organization and interpersonal skill
• Experience in working with multiple suppliers in development of win/win sourcing strategies.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Expert knowledge of leading edge Procurement & Supply Chain Practices
• Proficiency in English and Chinese preferable.
