THE ROLE

Our LN Productions team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the head of LN Productions, working at the intersection of music and film. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a passion for the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Administrative Support

Manage and maintain the executive’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with confidentiality and promptness.

Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for follow-up.

Travel and Logistics

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

Troubleshoot last-minute changes to travel plans, ensuring seamless execution.

Project Coordination

Assist in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables across the executive’s portfolio of music and film ventures.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, potential collaborators, and project opportunities.

Event and Production Support

Coordinate logistics for industry events, premieres, studio sessions, and film productions.

Act as the point of contact for event attendees and collaborators.

Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event timelines.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, including artists, producers, agents, and executives.

Serve as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.

Other Duties

Manage personal errands and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Assist with expense tracking, budget management, and reconciliation.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the music, film, or broader entertainment industry

Proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior-level executives

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Zoom, Slack)

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Knowledge of the music and film industry, including terminology and workflows

Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend commitments

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
