Position Summary: Aldevra is seeking a qualified Receptionist to support the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB). The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the FRTIB. This role is responsible for front desk operations including greeting visitors, managing access and security protocols, handling incoming calls, coordinating mail and deliveries, maintaining logs, and providing general administrative support. The Receptionist also performs credentialing duties, ensures a professional and welcoming environment, and supports agency operations through customer service excellence and efficient task execution. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff—greet in person and by phone.
Manage visitor access using SPLAN and Data Brookfield Management System.
Screen, direct, and announce calls for the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and office equipment functionality.
Log and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Validate parking tickets and maintain related logs.
Handle general administrative tasks including data entry and scheduling meetings.
Maintain up-to-date employee directories and office space tracking.
Support and document the PIV (Personal Identity Verification) credentialing process.
Report facilities issues and coordinate service requests.
Create, distribute, and report on customer satisfaction surveys.
Generate and submit monthly and quarterly reports with required logs and metrics.
All other duties as assigned.
