You will be working with a team of professionals for a well-known, highly regarded dermatology practice who puts our patients above all else .
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Print all claims and mail out
Create all EDI files and upload to Gateway
Keep track of EDI uploads on spreadsheet
Review and correct all claim edits for AR and authorization
Review and correct all scrubs listed in Nextgen
Review and correct all outside scrub reports in toolkit
Review and correct unbilled report
Run manual billing and correct errors. This includes locum and resident encounters
Ilumya billing and copay assistance program
Secondary web portal – correcting all errors
Communicating with File Maintenance and Credentialing Departments
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent
Related computer experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Nextgen.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to do detailed multi-tasks.
Ability to deal effectively and professionally with outside vendors and insurance representatives.
