Academic Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled administrative professional to support a team of 4–5 faculty members in a fast-paced academic environment. From managing complex calendars and coordinating travel to processing expenses, you’ll be an essential partner in keeping operations smooth and efficient.
This role offers more than just administrative work — it’s an entry point into a collaborative and mission-driven environment that values precision, professionalism, and your potential to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Support multiple faculty members with day-to-day administrative needs
Handle heavy expense reimbursements and submit them accurately and on time
Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries
Set up meetings, book rooms, coordinate guests, and prep agendas
Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications
Help plan events that may include external speakers, guests, and consultants
Keep information confidential and communications polished
Required Experience:
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Hands-on experience with Concur or similar travel/expense tools
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Sharp attention to detail
Friendly, professional communication and follow-through
