Full-timehours – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday to Friday only in our San Antonio office. Rotating schedules for after hour calls.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We do NOT require prior experience in our industry or this job role. The role does require:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage time sensitive deadlines

Working knowledge of keyboard and software navigation, proficiency with computers, and the ability to learn multiple access programs

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be proficient in Excel

Experience navigating databases

Understand ticketing systems

Mailing systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in our San Antonio corporate office, the Access Specialist will be responsible for proactively supporting clients by programming access devices in multiple systems, maintaining inventory of access devices, and providing support to both internal and external customers.

Program electronic access cards and gate remotes for the communities we serve

Facilitate the gate and amenity schedule to meet reservation requirements

Communicate between vendors, homeowners in communities served by Spectrum AM, and the community managers of Spectrum AM via email and …
