We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Executive to manage the full accounts receivable cycle and support our finance operations. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring smooth collections, and collaborating across teams, we’d love to hear from you.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Manage the full AR cycle from invoicing to collection and reconciliation
- Prepare and issue tax invoices, debit/credit notes, and Statements of Account
- Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate records and documentation
Collections & Payment Follow-Up
- Follow up on outstanding payments through emails, calls, and formal reminders
- Track overdue accounts and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues
- Ensure timely allocation and posting of customer payments
Tax & Compliance
- Assist in preparing corporate tax invoices and GST-related documentation
- Ensure AR transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies
- Support external audit by preparing AR schedules and supporting documents
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management
- Reconcile AR balances with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Additional Support
- Handle ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks when required
- Provide backup support for AP duties during team member absences
- Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth processes
