About the Role:

Critical role for a high-profile customer responsible for the day-to-day asset management of all sites, owner operator changes, review and tracking of owner operator billings, prompt collection of past due accounts and provides ongoing project support for new project opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate with billing teams on all customer billings. Provide required documentation to support customer billings. Monitors all billing activities.

Provides support to various internal groups and Customer.

Responsible for updating all customer operator changes e.g. new store openings and closures.

Handles the prompt collection of past due accounts.

Coordinates approved payment programs internal teams (credit card/direct debit program) based on the type of services provided.

Follows agreed collection procedures and escalates internally/externally as required, provides weekly reporting.

Performs reconciliations as necessary by interfacing with team, other departments and members of management.

Maintains asset change spreadsheets, ensures assets are updated within system and works with leadership on annual true-up.

Performs additional duties/ manages special projects as assigned to support Customer by service delivery or GPMO.

Customer Relationship: Acts as single point of contact for all customer billing disputes.

What We’re Looking For:

>5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience

Possesses strong data entry skills.

Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Able to effectively multi-task.

Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.

Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
