What You’ll Do

● Support Account Management Activities

○ Assist the Senior Key Account Manager with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling

client meetings, preparing briefs, and maintaining client documentation.

○ Help research and analyze client data to identify trends, improve service offerings,

and contribute to strategic decisions.

● Client Coordination &

Communication

○ Draft and update client

communication

materials, including follow-up emails and

status reports.

○ Join client calls (as appropriate), take notes, and share key action items with relevant

stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

○ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing) to

gather information and help deliver on client needs.

○ Communicate any client feedback to the Senior Key Account Manager, ensuring

timely responses and resolution of minor issues.

● Data & Reporting

○ Track account metrics (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, usage) and compile reports for

the Senior Key Account Manager.

○ Propose process improvements based on insights gained from data analysis.

● Administrative & Organizational Support

○ Maintain updated records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and easy

retrieval.

○ Organize meeting agendas and deliverables to keep internal and client-facing

projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

● Educational Background

○ Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,

Communications, or a related field.

● Analytical & Detail-Oriented

○ Comfortable with basic data analysis (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).

○ Strong

attention to detail

, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.

● Excellent

Communication Skills

○ Clear, concise written and verbal

communication
