Key Responsibility
Regular/Bonds/Syariah Account Opening
- Responsible for checking and ensuring accuracy of data Inputted into back office system and generate CRS (Credit Risk Scoring)
- Responsible for checking and activating Customer’s Account
- Responsible for checking and approving the KSEI Sub Account (004) for Online Opening Account
Account Closing
- Ensuring accuracy of data for account closure/suspension
Change of Customer’s Information
- Checking and approving customer’s data in Back Office System
Suspension/Activation of Account
- Performing data check and report result to AML CO
- Approving suspension request in Back Office System
- Notifying respective Department on the completion of suspension
- Activating suspended customer’s account in BOS
Suspension of Account due to Invalid / Duplicate Single Investor Identification (“SID”)
- Verifying details inputted in BOS
- Reviewing upliftment request
- Reviewing suspension request
