THE COMPANY

people2people are thrilled to work with an industry leading signage organisation seeking an Account Manager. They have built strong relationships with businesses and provide innovative sign solutions.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop strong relationships with a small portfolio of clients;

Respond to client queries via telephone and email;

Assist with placing orders, tracking orders, and arranging designs;

Collaboration with internal departments;

Resolve client requests within a timely manner;

Ad hoc administration.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in administration or customer service. In addition to this you will have:

Strong written and verbal communication;

Strong attention to detail; and

Your own vehicle and drivers license for ad hoc client visits.
