Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
– Develop and implement training programs for new employees
– Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
– Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
– Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
– Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing payroll
– Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
– Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
– Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
– Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Ensure efficient schedule management by coordinating appointments and meetings

Requirements:
– Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
– Strong training development skills with the ability to create effective training programs
– Proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, QuickBooks, and human resources functions
– Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
– Ability to supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively
– Familiarity with file management systems and electronic document organization
– Proficiency in phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
– Strong clerical skills including data entry and document processing
– Exceptional schedule management abilities
