Pay Range : $32 – $35 / hr. on w2.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Review time and expense documents.
Schedule and communicate with customers (internal and external) to maintain efficient and profitable utilization of the Field Service Team. Maintain a shared calendar of field service activities.
Ensure technicians have the appropriate equipment and qualifications for their site visit.
Work with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal individuals to provide quotes and obtain purchase orders.
Order needed work equipment, tools, and handle the administrative portion of maintaining, ordering, and retrieving Fleet vehicles.
Create POs for payments to vendors as needed.
Facilitate and organize team and cross-functional meetings to resolve field service-related questions/issues.
Provide telephone support for the Field Service Department. Independently act on questions or issues and/or redirect customers or Field Service technicians to the appropriate areas (if needed) for resolution.
Collect field service technician timesheets and overtime weekly.
Work with the Field Service Manager to ensure the Field Service Engineers have the necessary instructions on fieldwork requirements prior to arriving at the customer site.
Assist in providing process improvements to the department.
Assist the field service team with obtaining travel documentation as needed.
Manage vendor/supplier process, including invoicing and payment.
