Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.In This Role, You Will
Answering Phone Calls: Handle general inquiries on a centralized office line with professionalism and courtesy.
Calendar Scheduling: Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
Email Inbox Clearing: Maintain and organize the email inbox, responding to or forwarding messages as necessary.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Sending Invoices to Customers: Prepare and dispatch invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Categorizing of Company Expenses: Classify and organize company expenses for accounting purposes.
Submitting Payroll: Facilitate the timely submission of payroll information.
Sending Payments to Vendors: Process and send payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
Credit Card Payments: Manage credit card transactions and ensure timely payments.
Creating KPI Reports: Generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to assess and track organizational performance.
Creating Commission Reports: Compile and present reports on commission structures and earnings.
Creating Royalty Reports: Develop reports detailing royalty payments and earnings.
Creating UPCs: Generate and manage Universal Product Codes (UPCs) for products.
Ordering Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-equipped and organized work environment.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.
About You
Core qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements (Device)
Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)
