We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Administration Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, HR, administration, and compliance functions while supporting the company's continued growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle tax declarations, tax compliance, and coordinate tax audits and inspections with government authorities.
- Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, labor regulations, social insurance requirements, and other statutory obligations.
- Oversee HR, administration, and general affairs activities.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the company remains compliant with the latest legal and administrative requirements.
- Support management by providing financial analysis, operational reports, and compliance guidance.
- Communicate directly with foreign management regarding accounting, taxation, compliance, and administrative matters.
- Handle urgent matters and respond effectively to ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Valid Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience.
- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Must be able to communicate directly and confidently with foreign management.
- Proven experience handling tax audits, tax inspections, and working with tax authorities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, labor regulations, social insurance, and administrative compliance.
- Experience managing HR and administrative functions.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, import-export, trading, or supply chain companies will be highly preferred.
- Experience working in foreign boss or multinational companies is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with operational and compliance requirements within the logistics industry.
