Job Overview
Busy Home Care Office located in Piscataway, NJ, is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant (10-15 hours/week, M-F, 2pm-5pm)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.

Duties
– Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
– Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
– Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
– Provide excellent customer support and assist with inquiries
– Utilize computer skills for various office tasks
– Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer literacy
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Previous experience as a Medacal Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
– Ability to type efficiently
– Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
