Immediate 1st Shift Temporary Accounting Clerk Job in West Des Moines, IA!
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Hours: 8:00/8:30am – 5:00pm
Duties:
Researching PO numbers and putting them into Quick Books and Field Edge
Calling and requesting COI’s and tracking expiration dates (Build spreadsheet in Excell)
Gathering W-9’s and organizing
Performing month end audits and inputting numbers for receipts
Amex payments for employees
Requirements:
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and recognize incorrect numbers
Quick Books knowledge helpful, but not required
