Salary: $37,000–$44,000

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify inventory receiving documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Enter inventory data into accounting and inventory management systems
- Perform and track inventory adjustments, including discrepancies, returns, and transfers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and supporting documentation
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and help investigate variances
- Update and maintain inventory logs, reports, and system records
- Support accounting and operations teams with inventory‑related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of experience in inventory, accounting, data entry, or administrative support preferred
- Experience with Sage 100 or Service Titan is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage high‑volume data
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
