Full Job Description
Integrated Mechanical Solutions (IMS) is seeking a full-time office person with an accounting background willing to take on other duties within the business.
IMS is an applied HVAC product independent rep firm selling products such as Carrier, Steam-O-Vap, Shoemaker, Seresco, etc. Please review our product offerings at www.imsgroupllc.com. We serve South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, and Iowa.
Duties
Assist in implementing new accounting system.
All accounting functions
1. Project Accounting
2. Purchasing
3. AP/AR
4. Annual Audits
5. Payroll
6. Tax Reporting
7. Financial Statements
8. Inventory Tracking
9. All other accounting duties
Office
1. Clerical Duties
2. Data Entry
3. Answer Phones
4. Other duties as assigned.
Service
1. Assign service tickets.
2. Track service tickets.
Other duties as needed.
Compensation/benefits
Pay: DOE
401K up to 4% match after one full year of employment.
Medical, dental and vision insurances offered.
3 weeks of PTO and 8 holidays/year.
