** Requirements**:

– At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

– Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

– Good interpersonal and

communication skills

– Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role

– Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

– Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

– Excellent

communication

/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

– Organizational and time-management skills

– A business acumen

– Enthusiastic and passionate

** Responsibilities*

* – Providing general administrative and clerical support

– Preparing quotations / purchase order / comparing of material cost / handing delivery order

– General filings, stock/inventory book keeping

– Managing clients information and updating clients particulars

Able to

communicate with vendors to request for quotation Adhoc duties as assigned
