A global company is seeking a Accounts Clerk Administrator to join their team. Based in Ballito.

Requirements:
Matric

Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel

Excellent communication skills

Must be able to think on your feet

Goal-driven, no time wasters

Team-player

Able to work and thrive under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving paperwork from from Depo’s & Transporters

Analysing and processing of driver’s paperwork

Capturing Fuel tickets

Processing customer tax invoices on customer accounts using sales orders created by Internal Sales

Email customer invoices once it has been processed and checked from fuel tickets

Balancing fuel volumes per trip and updating schedules with actual uplifted/delivered volumes

Controlling over and under deliveries as per Admin procedure for OVER/UNDER deliveries

Update fuel tickets with customer tax invoice number – part of checking system

Daily and weekly invoice checks – Fuel tickets VS Quickbooks

Phoning Debtors – payments collected as per authorised terms.

Attending to customer requests and queries

Compiling refund request documents
