Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Coordinator
We are seeking an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Coordinator who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Finance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills and have the ability to handle a variety of processes. A combined sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy is essential.
Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
Problem resolution, which may include daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
Statement and report review.
Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
Support the operations of the company with administrative tasks as needed.
Working knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
High school or equivalent (Preferred).
A minimum of 1 year’s office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
Familiarity with
Live within 30 minutes of Ridgefield, CT.
Helios’ compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position ranges from $23/hour to $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
