Looking for Account payable candidates for a Web 3.0 company
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing daily fund operations and fund administration works on time according to the company's principle and operating specifications
- Maintain proper channel of communications between cross-department in order to manage the fund operations, trade settlement and cash activities
- Able to identify high risk any transaction, timely report of any problems that arise and assist in solving the issue
- Perform timely recording of fund and reconcile transaction for compilations
- Perform daily tracking of funds movements
The Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates may apply.
- Conversant in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines independently in fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin will be advantage as need to communicate with the Chinese counterparty
Night shift is required once a week
