Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive support to the executive, managing operations in the real estate and property management sectors.
Take ownership of key business functions and help streamline processes, ensuring the executive can focus on leadership and family priorities.
Develop and maintain systems to track and manage tasks and deadlines for a fast-moving business.
Deliver consistent client care and thoughtful behind-the-scenes support ; handling communication, follow-ups, and operational details that allow the executive to stay focused and effective.
Manage operational issues as they arise, ensuring that they are resolved with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Act as a strategic advisor to the executive, helping them make informed decisions that align with long-term business and personal goals.
Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, project management, and vendor management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership support role such as executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations manager.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple business functions independently.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create and implement processes that allow for greater operational efficiency and personal productivity for senior leaders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
