We are looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Admin to join our contractor office. This role supports the day-to-day administrative and coordination work of the company, including office administration, staff support, and basic HR tasks.

Important: This is a Mandarin-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, as the position involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, workers and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company documents and records.
- Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other basic documents.
- Assist management and team members with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate courier, office supplies, and general office matters.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and able to work well in a team.
