We are looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Admin to join our contractor office. This role supports the day-to-day administrative and coordination work of the company, including office administration, staff support, and basic HR tasks.

Important: This is a Mandarin-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu, as the position involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, workers and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company documents and records.
  • Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other basic documents.
  • Assist management and team members with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate courier, office supplies, and general office matters.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and able to work well in a team.
