Scheduling & Coordination

Arrange and schedule appointments for technicians and installers based on availability and workload.

Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery and installation dates and times.

Update and maintain the appointment schedule in the system to avoid conflicts.

Communicate any last-minute changes or delays to both technicians and customers.

Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are prepared before installation.

Delivery Order (DO) & Invoice (INV) Preparation

Generate Delivery Orders (DO) & Invoices (INV) for all scheduled deliveries and installations.

Verify that DO and INV details match the order and service provided.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of DOs and INVs for record-keeping.

Customer Communication & Support

Contact customers to schedule and confirm delivery and installation appointments.

Provide updates or reminders regarding upcoming appointments.

Address customer inquiries related to delivery, installation, or invoicing.

Handle rescheduling requests or urgent changes in delivery/installation.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate with technicians and installers regarding job details, locations, and timing.

Maintain an updated log of all scheduled appointments, completed installations, and pending tasks.

Generate daily/weekly reports on deliveries, installations, and invoicing status.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all DOs and INVs are properly recorded and filed.

Maintain accuracy in scheduling records to avoid missed appointments.

Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery and installation coordination.

Minimum SPM, Diploma or higher education.

Has Experience in Inventory/stock will be an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Working location: Pusat Perdangangan One Puchong, Puchong, Selangor.
