Job Responsibility

Manage application and renewal of company license and Foreign worker works permit.

Responsible for full spectrum of general administration function including prepare, process & generate purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Human Resource tasks

Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling in systematic and timely manner.

Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transaction and prepare the report.

Provide technical support to prevent error re-occurring.

To perform ad-hoc task when required by superior.

Able to multi-tasking and work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Requirements

Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is preferable.

Pleasant personality, responsible and trustworthy.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop.

Applicant must willing to work at Taman Melati, Setapak.
