Job Responsibility

Assist to handle accounting, clerical, and administrative functions

Manage invoicing and daily deliveries

Assist the sales team with administrative work when required

Schedule and coordinate meetings

Maintain office and stationery supplies, ensure office equipment are well maintained

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management

Job Requirements

SPM/ Diploma/ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to Apply

1-2 years of working experience in related field

Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in computer applications required for this position

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantages), Cantonese (added advantages)
