Our Winter Garden office is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a positive patient experience.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create a smooth and efficient workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Supervise and support administrative and front desk personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
Handle patient concerns and work to improve overall patient satisfaction.
Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
Implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to support clinical operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of medical office operations, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in medical office software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
