Job Title: Admin/Accounting Assistant
We are looking for an accounting all-star to join our team. As an Admin/Accounting Accountant, in this role you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in performing various clerical and administrative tasks for our clients. This will include but not be limited to maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.
The ideal candidate for this role is an independent and self-motivated individual who is passionate about Accounting!
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A PERSON WITH A CONVERSATIONAL LEVEL OF ENGLISH (BILINGUAL).
Daily Tasks:
To assist the accounting department in the different financial operations of our clients. To perform administrative activities like filing and preparing digital documents and records. Digitize and record the accounting transactions of the operations of the companies we serve, and verify their proper accounting.
English level required:
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A PERSON WITH A CONVERSATIONAL LEVEL OF ENGLISH (BILINGUAL).
Formal education required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Non-formal education required:
– Handling of packages such Windows and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
Previous work experience:
– A minimum of three years of experience in similar position.

– Accounting and IFRS standards

– Planning, work methodology
– Analytical and synthesis skills
– Excellent interpersonal relations
