Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid wfh/office role for an Admin & Accounts Support position located in Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative assistance, supporting financial operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role also involves performing data analysis to inform decision-making and supporting various operational activities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are highly organised, accurate, and comfortable handling both administrative coordination and financial record support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Verify shipping bills and internal shipment records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Accurately input data into internal systems and maintain well-organized digital records.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Accounting Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
  • Support basic reporting and accounting-related data entry tasks.
  • Assist with drafting and sending business correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Assist with scheduling, E-Mail responses, and follow-up communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in administrative and/or accounting support is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
