Ecodis Ltée operates an innovative and reliable distribution network serving both B2B and B2C clients, including wholesalers, supermarkets, retail outlets, traditional shops, and end consumers.

The company is fully equipped with its own fleet of dry and refrigerated (frigo) trucks, enabling efficient and controlled distribution operations across the island. The refrigerated fleet is capable of handling temperature-sensitive products with cooling capacity of up to -30°C, ensuring full cold-chain compliance and product integrity throughout delivery operations.

Role Description

Ecodis Ltée is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Clerk to join its team on a full-time basis in Mauritius.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative and accounting activities, including:

  • Handling petty cash and day-to-day administrative duties
  • Maintaining financial and operational records
  • Monitoring payments and customer accounts
  • Managing credit control activities
  • Assisting with accounting and finance functions
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in credit control and account follow-up
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Experience in importation, distribution, or logistics industries will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (knowledge of Sage is a plus)
  • Minimum qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
