Key Responsibilities

• Support basic accounting duties including invoice processing, reconciliation, proper filing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, raising Payment Vouchers, and commission calculation and payout.

• Perform administrative contract validation and compliance checks for real estate agents (e.g. Contract/Sales documentation verification and licence tracking)

• Handle general enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents and basic billing matters

• Coordinate subscriptions, service contracts and corporate renewals

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Accountancy or related field

• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred

• Relevant administrative experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)

• Organized, meticulous and able to multitask

• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently

• Good written and spoken English

• Accounting knowledge or experience in real estate administration is an advantage
