Admin and Clerical Assistant Job in Randburg, Gauteng at StaffCentral Consulting –

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Filing

Setting up final workings spreadsheets

Creating folders for briefed styles and orders

Checking orders (pricing and style codes)

Checking item performance

Requesting and tracking development samples

Creating styles swift – new brief and handover to the relevant person

Photograph samples

Complete workbooks

Labelling and packing samples

Booking wise for sample drop offs and collections

Requesting samples back from buyers

Arrange/booking couriers

Seal samples

Briefing design team on CADs and tech packs

Going through fits and PPS with design and QA

Delivery instructions

Packing lists

Releasing orders on Fast track

Ordering carton labels and price stickers

Finalising orders for suppliers

Check order packing details for the suppliers

Performa invoices for suppliers

Assist in issuing orders to suppliers

Following up on Workbook comments from buyers

Prepping fit/PPS reports for suppliers

Prepping Fit/AQL reports for suppliers/buyers

Assisting the design team

Creating WeChat group chats

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
Matric.

Relevant qualification/certificate.

Computer literate.

Minimum 2 years experience as an Admin clerk or similar role.

Strong attention to detail.

Must be good with numbers.

Ability to work independently.

Must be an out the box thinker, deadline driven with excellent time management skills.

Willing to learn, self-motivated, proactive & innovative.
