Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of aesthetic services.  Greet and assist patients, providing a welcoming and professional environment.  Documentation and Record-Keeping:  Maintain accurate and

up-to-date

patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.  Prepare and organize documents related to patient consultations and treatments.

Communication

:  Effectively communicate with patients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about clinic services.

Collaborate with the medical team to relay relevant information and updates.  Billing and Payments:  Process patient invoices and handle payment transactions in accordance with clinic policies.  Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.  Administrative Support:  Provide general administrative support to the clinic, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.  Assist in organizing and coordinating clinic events and promotions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an aesthetic clinic for a minimum of 4 years.  Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems.  Excellent organizational and

multitasking

skills with strong

attention to detail

.  Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.  Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
