Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the clinic, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in organizing and coordinating clinic events and promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an aesthetic clinic for a minimum of 4 years. Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems. Excellent organizational and

skills with strong
attention to detail
. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
