DEPARTMENT: Traditional Admissions

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director for Traditional Admissions and supervised by the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations, the Enrollment Data Processor supports North Greenville University Admissions by maintaining processing and conducting data entry for prospective students moving through the enrollment process. Additionally, the role requires contributing to developing enrollment best practices related to data integrity and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process new student information related to all stages of the enrollment process for traditional students and non-traditional segments.
Continuously monitors open files to facilitate their completion.
Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining student information into the enrollment CRM (Slate).
Responsible for manual and automated data entry in campus-wide student information system (Jenzabar).
Monitors CRM/SIS integration software and mitigates errors.
Manages the input of transcripts and regularly calculates/converts GPAs to North Greenville standards.
Manage daily inbound mail and various digital inputs for student records submitted to NGU in the enrollment process. (test scores, transcripts, additional supporting documents).
Input and update student information to conduct the communication flow to prospective students in an accurate and timely manner.
Manages the small in-house daily mail operation – acceptance boxes, prospect mailings, etc.
Oversees daily uploads of student data related to the completion of enrollment process steps.
Assists Director and Associate Director for Enrollment Operations with communication flow reports, enrollment reports, and other needed reports when necessary.
Responsible for data entry controls and maintenance in the student database and CRM, correcting information and troubleshooting data integrity issues when necessary.
Coordinate continuous improvement systems thinking with the CRM System Administrator related to data entry and enrollment processes.
Collaborates with CRM System Administrator and University Marketing to ensure that any lead-generation forms are correctly integrated with Admissions databases and continually maintained/performing well.
Works closely with Admissions Counselors, providing administrative support concerning the status of prospective student files (both open and complete).
Collaborates with different campus constituencies concerning student admissions records.
Special tasks and projects as assigned.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

This position is a full-time hourly position. The Enrollment Data Processor is expected to collaborate with the institution’s Marketing, Admissions, Academic Records, Financial Aid, and IT teams closely. The position reports to the Associate Director for Enrollment Operations. The nature of responsibilities makes it necessary to work in-person and on location with other team members.

WORK SCHEDULE

The Office of Traditional Admissions is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Summer hours may vary. Office hours are subject to change as deemed necessary. Occasional work on Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings will be required.

BS/BA in Computer Science or Marketing Information Systems (or related field) preferred, and/or commensurate experience.
