Preparing proposals, purchase orders, receiving reports and delivery notes
Orders are checked against items on requisitions or invoices.
Checks and reports on the condition of items that have been received or are about to be transported. Shipments that are damaged or inadequate are reported.
Maintains certificates and records of activities
Performs clerical functions incidental to stock activities
Support employees may be supervised and instructed.
Requirements Must be Emirati national
Punctual and well disciplined
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
in Arabic and English Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in
problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCELOur starting salary package AED 9000 / monthly plus NAFIS and another AED 1000 / – increment upon successful completion of six months probation period.
