Our Operations Assistant position is a great opportunity for experienced restaurant professionals looking to grow their career into administrative and operational functions. The Operations Assistant will have the opportunity to learn extensively working directly with the Director of Operations, Chefs, General Managers and company advisors.

A successful candidate in this role will be organized and resourceful and be able to maintain a strong attention to detail even when multitasking. We are looking for someone who is always looking to be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities required to successfully run the group’s wide range of operations.

The Operations Assistant’s Job Responsibilities Include

Providing administrative and operational support to individual locations

Supporting hiring functions as needed for all locations

Participate in management meetings to take the lead on both Kitchen and Dining Team projects

Support Partners with administrative functions as needed

Assist private dining events bookings as necessary in partnership with management

Support opening of new locations from beginning to end, including administrative/licensing needs, sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Successfully managing a range of duties, actively prioritizing timely and impactful projects while remaining accountable to the broad scope of work required

Requirements

Self-starter with ability to creatively find solutions, solve problems, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our organization

Ideally Bachelor’s Degree or experience in an operations or administrative position, but not necessarily if able to demonstrate writing and verbal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when necessary

Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

Flexibility to work in fast-paced environment, potentially at a wide range of hours as needed

This is a great position to take on a large amount of responsibility while learning a broad range of experience that includes Michelin-Star culinary operations, administrative and operational roles, legal themes and licensing, purchasing. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and eventually become the Operations Manager as responsibilities grow with the company.
