Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Address Resident concerns
Enter in work orders for maintenance
Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones
Enter payables
Enter rent payments
Other office duties assigned by property manager
Necessary skills for this position include:
Able to function in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong resident relations skillset
Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years office experience
