The RolePrimary Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero software.

Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts for collections.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks including invoice processing, verifying expenses, and preparing disbursements.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Maintain contact lists and follow up with vendors, clients, and partners as needed.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Profile

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.

Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
