As established and thriving distribution company in La Mirada is in search of a Administrative Assistant to join their team.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Must provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Data entry experience

Great attention to detail

Must respond to customers’ needs via phone call or email in a timely manner.

Must keep track of customer orders and inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates and anticipated delays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of customer service experience

Administrative Assistant or relevant experience in warehouse setting highly preferred

Data entry experience

Intermediate computer skills

Great communication skills; written and verbal

Must pass background and drug test.

Shift Available

1st shift – Monday to Friday

Pay rate $19-$21 per hour.
