Company Overview: The Northern Piedmont Sports Club (NPSC) is dedicated to building wellness in our community through the power of sports. We offer a variety of programs and activities that foster a love of sports while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. We are looking for a proactive, people-smart, and organized individual to join our friendly, fun team as a full-time Operations Support Staff member.
Position Summary: The Operations Support Staff play an essential role in providing administrative support for all programs and operations at Northern Piedmont Sports Club. This position involves customer service, supporting NPSC’s sports programs, maintaining office cleanliness, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the Executive Director and Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Support: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and directing inquiries as needed.
Inventory Management: Log, track, and label equipment and supplies as needed while maintaining an organized and accurate inventory system.
Event Presence: Support event setup, administration, and breakdown and ensure materials and logistics are in place for smooth execution.
In-Season Program Assistance: Provide on-the-ground support as needed during games and special events and respond to day-to-day needs of coaches, players, and families.
Ops Lead Support: Assist the Director of Operations with ongoing projects and administrative tasks and serve as a flexible team player ready to jump in where needed
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing tools (experience with Google Workspace tools is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.

Location:
This position is based at the Northern Piedmont Sports Club office in Warrenton, with some tasks that may require some travel to local facilities.
