Responsibility

Answer and direct phone calls

Organise and schedule meetings and appointments

Develop and maintain a filing system

Manage and order office supplies

Take minutes of meeting

Check claims

Assist and prepare of regular reports

Open letter box

Performing research and resources

Enter information into data base

Basic office maintenance and management

Adhoc duties

Requirements

NITEC/Diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of relevant work experience in administrative

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

Proficient in MS Office
