About us

Established in 2020, we offer full-service design build & organization solutions within Contra Costa County in Northern California. Working with clients to create unique, timeless, aesthetic, and functional spaces.

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and other project management tasks.

This is a hybrid position, in which you will be able to work from home and be expected to also work from our VMA Showroom in Walnut Creek. Welcoming clients and visitors to the showroom by appointment, and being able to assist in a variety of needs.

The qualified individual will be expected to have experience with the following:

Google Suite

Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Managing financial statements, invoicing, bookkeeping

Must be highly organized and task oriented

Must be able to juggle between various tasks and keep up with the work flow

Note: Former experience in a construction firm is a plus but not a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
