Small office has a need for a part-time administrative assistant to answer phones and help in the office.

Pay will depend on proficiencies and experience.

9am-2pm or 10am-3pm M-F

Skills required: –

Answer and direct calls on a multi-phone line system in a professional and courteous manner

– General office duties including completing work orders, scanning, billing and keeping the office organized

– Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Outlook) and ability to prepare various documents including invoices, letters and reports

– Strong ability to Multi-task, be a team player and have excellent customer service skills

– Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

– Works well with minimal or no supervision, able to prioritize and work in an accurate and efficient manner

– Demonstrate ability and desire to learn

– 2 years of consistent work history, professional references

– Smoke free environment

-Must live within reasonable distance to office in Alpharetta

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week
